Nestled in the heart of Kilsyth IronBark Station stands as a remarkable testament to one man’s lifelong passion for Clydesdale horses.

IronBark Station stands as a remarkable testament to one man’s lifelong passion for Clydesdale horses and the romance of the Old West.

Darren Phelan, the visionary mastermind behind this unique and enchanting property, has poured his heart and soul into meticulously crafting a living, breathing Western town amidst his sprawling farm over the past 46 years.

Ironbark Station, an equestrian property located in Kilsyth South, Victoria, was featured in a prominent 5-page spread editorial in the April 2025 digital and print issue of Horse Deals Magazine.

The feature detailed the property's unique 1850s Australian-colonial town replica, its custom-built stables, and its function centre. It specifically highlighted the property's resident team of nine gentle giant Clydesdale horses (including Jacob, Max, Billy, and Ed) alongside their Shetland pony companion, Charlotte
